Apostol Andrei Constan\u021ba a primit mai multe recomand\u0103ri pentru remedierea neconformit\u0103\u021bilor constatate. Una dintre neconformit\u0103\u021bi este legat\u0103 de procedura de identificare a pacien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p>Termenul de punere \u00een aplicare a recomand\u0103rilor este de 30 de zile.<\/p>\n<p>Amintim c\u0103 vizita de monitorizare la respectiva unitate sanitar\u0103 a fost declan\u0219at\u0103 de neraportarea unui posibil eveniment advers.
