La dezbatere, Autoritatea Na\u021bional\u0103 de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii \u00een S\u0103n\u0103tate a fost reprezentat\u0103 de c\u0103tre pre\u0219edintele institu\u021bei, Valentin-Florin Ciocan.<\/p>\n<p>Tema adic\u021biilor este tot mai relevant\u0103, at\u00e2t \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een Europa, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce fenomenul afecteaz\u0103 un num\u0103r tot mai mare de copii \u0219i adolescen\u021bi \u0219i amenin\u021b\u0103 dezvoltarea armonioas\u0103 a tinerei genera\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea societ\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Statisticile recente arat\u0103 o sc\u0103dere a v\u00e2rstei de debut pentru consumul de substan\u021be \u0219i o cre\u0219tere a dependen\u021belor comportamentale (jocuri de noroc, internet, jocuri video, social media).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acest context, preven\u021bia timpurie devine esen\u021bial\u0103, fiind cea mai eficient\u0103 metod\u0103 de reducere a riscurilor asociate consumului de substan\u021be, dependen\u021belor digitale \u0219i altor forme de adic\u021bie comportamental\u0103, prin educa\u021bie, con\u0219tientizare \u0219i interven\u021bie
