s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00a0din Europa \u0219i Asia Central\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Reprezentan\u021bi din 50 de \u021b\u0103ri din totalul celor 53 de state membre ale Regiunii Europene a OMS s-au al\u0103turat lucr\u0103torilor din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, autorit\u0103\u021bilor, sindicatelor, exper\u021bilor \u0219i cadrelor universitare, \u00een adoptarea unei declara\u021bii \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021be care \u00eendeamn\u0103 la ac\u021biune politic\u0103 \u0219i angajament pentru a proteja, sprijini \u0219i investi \u00een lucr\u0103torii din s\u0103n\u0103tate. \u00centre cei prezen\u021bi, la reuniune, s-a aflat \u0219i pre\u0219edintele Autorit\u0103\u021bii Na\u021bionale de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii \u00een S\u0103n\u0103tate, secretar de stat,Valentin Florin Ciocan.<\/p>\n<p>Adoptat\u0103 \u00een cadrul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii regionale de la Bucure\u0219ti, co-organizat\u0103 de OMS\/Europa \u0219i Ministerul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii din Rom\u00e2nia, <strong>Declara\u021bia de la Bucure\u0219ti<\/strong> vine pe fundalul unei crize grave care afecteaz\u0103 lucr\u0103torii din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii din regiune.<\/p>\n<p>Un raport regional publicat de OMS\/Europa \u00een septembrie 2022 a avertizat despre o \u201ebomb\u0103 cu ceas\u201d care amenin\u021b\u0103 sistemele de s\u0103n\u0103tate din Europa \u0219i Asia Central\u0103.\u00a0\u00cen condi\u021biile \u00een care regiunea se confrunt\u0103 cu o popula\u021bie care \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2ne\u0219te rapid \u0219i o for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nit\u0103, o cre\u0219tere a bolilor cronice \u0219i a efectelor pandemiei de COVID-19, raportul a avertizat asupra colapsului iminent \u00een domenii cheie ale sistemelor de s\u0103n\u0103tate ale \u021b\u0103rilor, dac\u0103 nu sunt abordate ac\u021biuni politice rapide \u0219i concrete.<\/p>\n<p>Raportul a eviden\u021biat c\u0103 \u00een 13 din cele 44 de \u021b\u0103ri care furnizeaz\u0103 date, 40% dintre medici au deja 55 de ani sau mai mult, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 o provocare semnificativ\u0103
