Tematicile prezentate \u00een cadrul cursului au fost de mare interes pentru participan\u021bi, fiecare sesiune fiind intens dezb\u0103tut\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Aproximativ 70% dintre cei \u00eenscri\u0219i la CURS ANMCS gratuit \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urat online, \u00een perioada 7-10 septembrie, au fost medici. De asemenea, la CURS au participat manageri, responsabili cu managementul calit\u0103\u021bii, evaluatori de servicii de s\u0103n\u0103tate si asisten\u021bi medicali.<\/p>\n<p>Tematica cursului educa\u021bional a oferit premisele cre\u0219terii calit\u0103\u021bii managementului gravidelor cu patologie infec\u021bioas\u0103 \u0219i tulbur\u0103ri psihiatrice \u0219i a oferit medicului clinician criterii clinice \u0219i markeri biologici pentru evaluarea riscurilor at\u00e2t pentru mam\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru nou-n\u0103scut determinate de infec\u021bii, terapia anti\u2013infec\u021bioas\u0103 sau psihotrop\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i de riscul anomaliilor de neurodezvoltare. Adaptarea cursului la situa\u021bia pandemic\u0103 actual\u0103 constituie prima \u00eencercare de tip educa\u021bional care poate identifica riscul evolutiv al gravidei cu infec\u021bia viral\u0103 SARS-CoV-2 \u0219i instituirea unor m\u0103suri de profilaxie specific\u0103 pentru prevenirea infec\u021biei sau a unei evolu\u021bii severe.<\/p>\n<p>Situa\u021bia creat\u0103 de pandemia SARS-CoV-2 \u00een cazul gravidelor cu afec\u021biuni psihice \u0219i graviditate este problema identificat\u0103 de lectori, care necesit\u0103 s\u0103 fie adus\u0103 la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 participan\u021bilor. \u00cen contextul actual, este necesar\u0103 o metodologie de abordare unitar\u0103 a gravidei cu comorbidit\u0103\u021bi psihiatrice ce, precum \u0219i a celor care vor avea dificult\u0103\u021bi ca urmare a depresiei post-pandemie \u0219i implicit a condi\u021biilor de risc pentru gravida post-pandemic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Coordonatorii CURSULUI \u201c<strong><em>Infec<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u021biile \u00een sarcin\u0103 &#8211; factor de risc matern, neonatal \u0219i psihiatric<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong> au fost Acad, Prof. Univ.
