You can contribute to improving the quality of services provided by health facilities by reporting experiences in your interaction with the health system, both as a patient and as a patient relative, which may be a lack of concern for the quality of services provided or affect safety.\u00a0To this end, you have the following ways to communicate the issues you are aware of and \/ or your suggestions.<\/p>\n

Please note that the information provided in the manner described below is not in the nature of a petition pursuant to Government Ordinance 27\/2002, as subsequently amended and supplemented.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These data will be used by the specialized structures of ANMCS in the process of post-accreditation monitoring of health units, according to internal methodologies and procedures, insofar as they will be considered useful and conclusive and do not entail the obligation of ANMCS to respond.<\/p>\n
