The accreditation of health establishments – the process of confirming the conformity of the characteristics of health services carried out by health establishments with the accreditation standards adopted by the ANMCS and approved under the terms of this Law, the health establishments are classified by category of accreditation in order to give confidence in their technical and organizational competence.
